Home Rehab Network is an independent, interactive rehabilitation program designed for individuals seeking to enhance their wellness under the guidance of highly respected practitioners in their fields.
We offer comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation through video conferencing and other digital media, allowing patients to participate from the comfort of their homes. Our programs include Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, dietary guidance, stress management, yoga, access to an assigned Pulmonologist, and a wide range of educational classes.
